Delivery outside the EU (including USA, Canada & Australia) We offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail or Parcelforce via Airmail. We always aim to dispatch your item within one working day of payment being received. Please allow 7 – 10 working days to arrive depending on your country and local customs. We use Royal Mail Airsure for our International orders. Items sent by this service are insured and require a signature on delivery.
Returns
We offer a full refund, exchange, or partial exchange for any goods purchased which are returned to us within 14 days of receipt when purchased within the UK & 21 days for goods received outside the UK. Refunds will be by credit card, Paypal or cheque. We reccomend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The following conditions apply to returned goods:
1.) Items are returned carriage paid and undamaged
2.) Refunds will exclude the original postage costs unless we have sent in error
3.) The original packing for the item is returned in good condition
Please note your statuory rights are not affected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt of the goods.
