UK Delivery Options
Royal Mail or UPS Tracked Delivery (1-4 Working Days Delivery) Delivery Charges may vary due to weight of packages and occassionally we may have to contact you regarding additional postage charges.
All items are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS and we always aim to dispatch your item within 2 working day of payment being received. This service usually takes between 1-4 working days to delivery depending on despatch day after the order is received. However, if in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale the item is not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days has elapsed. UPS is fully tracked & you will receive an e-mail notification
Delivery within the EU - Shipping within the EU all items will be sent via Royal Mail / Parcelforce via Airmail. We also ship in the EU by UPS. We always aim to dispatch your item within 2 working days of payment being received. Please allow 4 – 10 working days to arrive depending on your country and local customs. We use Royal Mail Airsure for our International orders & UPS. Items sent by this service are insured and require a signature on delivery.
Delivery outside the EU (including USA, Canada & Australia) We offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail / Parcelforce or UPS via Airmail. We always aim to dispatch your item within 2 working day of payment being received. Please allow 7 – 10 working days to arrive depending on your country and local customs. We use Royal Mail Airsure for our International orders. Items sent by this service are insured and require a signature on delivery.
We offer a full refund, exchange, or partial exchange for any goods purchased which are returned to us within 14 days of receipt when purchased within the UK & 21 days for goods received outside the UK. Refunds will be by credit card, Paypal or cheque. We reccomend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The following conditions apply to returned goods:
1.) Items are returned carriage paid and undamaged
2.) Refunds will exclude the original postage costs unless we have sent in error
3.) The original packaging for the item is returned in good condition
3.) Some items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge
Please note your statuory rights are not affected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt of the goods.
